Celebrating 2022 at Kai Analytics

Updated: Jul 21, 2023

Soon, 2022 will come to an end, and as we look back on the year, we couldn’t be more grateful for all we were able to accomplish as a company. We were able to celebrate our fourth year as a company, and we look forward to celebrating five years in August 2023! As we increased our service offerings, we had the joy of creating and unveiling a new company video to share who we are and what we do with the world. We’re so thankful to our fantastic team, advisors, and clients who have been with us every step of the way.

Exciting Projects and Connections

This year we were able to take on projects that challenged us, broadened our horizons, and made new connections. Whether we were crafting surveys, analyzing databases, building PowerBI dashboards, or analyzing digital discourse, we did our best to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations. We were able to do work involving multiple regions including the Western and Central Europe, the Middle East, West and East Africa and across North America.

We were also able to help several organizations address complex issues such as company culture and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) issues, which we hope will have a lasting impact on making those environments safer for everyone. One such project is our digital literacy survey with Wikimedia Community User Group Rwanda (WCUGR).

Each project allows us to learn and refine our skills, and we already have some cool projects lined up for 2023 that we’re looking forward to!

As part of our growth this year, we also:

We look forward to seeing how these new developments continue to help us learn and make connections.

Knowledge Sharing

Every year we seek out workshops to educate ourselves in topics that will help Kai Analytics run more smoothly and expand our skills. This year we did a workshop on communication with David Burgener, an expert in conflict resolution, and a workshop on Allyship (EDI) which we completed using materials from Lean In, an organization that advocates for women and other marginalized groups in the workplace.

We also were able to give back and share our knowledge. We gave numerous presentations on our work and workshops, with topics including how EDI needs to be considered in data analysis and the fundamentals of natural language processing.

Looking to 2023

As 2022 ends, we’re truly thankful for our follows and for all the opportunity that’s has come our way, and we look forward to serving you all in 2023 and beyond.

On behalf of my team at Kai Analytics, thank you and have a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year.
