COVID-19 Update: We're Ready to Support You!

This an update on how Kai Analytics is adapting to the outbreak of the coronavirus.


With the global infection rates of Covid-19 continuing to rise, we are adopting policies that mitigate the health risks to our team, their families, and all our clients and business associates.


Working from Home:

As of March 2nd, our team has started to work from home as a matter of precaution. Although we have had no known cases of infection, spring allergies continue to wreak havoc for some of us. All services will be delivered remotely, including webinars and trainings. We will only meet in person if absolutely necessary.


Continued Client Support:

We expect no disruptions to our business operations. In fact, we're committed to continued client support via all major teleconference platforms. Let us know your preference and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.


Continued Access to your Data and Reports:

At this stage, we do not anticipate any change to data services in any geographic region. You should expect to receive the same level of services as before. If you are experiencing access issues, please contact our team.


We hope this serious disease will be contained soon and that life resumes normally for everyone. We are grateful for your business and are here to support your project needs.
