Bastyr University, one of the leading schools of naturopathic medicine, wanted to identify what was causing lower student satisfaction scores, and thus engagement, at their campuses.


​Processing hundreds of comments, Kai Analytics identified five major areas of dissatisfaction among Bastyr University’s student population. Once Bastyr responed to improving all five of the above grievances, student satisfaction increase to over 90% the subsequent year.
