A clinic from the Tobago Regional Health Authority wished to promote and encourage the use of eHealth services for their patients. They developed a comprehensive survey to measure both patient medication compliance and their quality of life, however, did not have a way to process the results of both surveys.
Working with both biometric and self-reported information, Kai Analytics aggregated and processed the results from both surveys. The conclusions from the statistical testing supported evidence that the quality of life significantly improved amongst patients who utilized eHealth services. In addition, patients who utilized eHealth services were more aware of their well-being and compliant with their medication intake. Ultimately, Tobago Regional Health Authority was able to encourage their patients to use eHealth services with confidence because of this analysis.
